Bert Clair Jolley was born the 27 March 1924 in Victor-Elmo, Emery, Utah to Harmel Claire and Sarah Louise Pilling Jolley. He died the 15 September in Sterling, Logan, Colorado and was buried the 20 September 1956.
Bert Clair Jolley married Mary Jean Monroe the 22 December 1946 in Fort Collins, Larimer, Colorado. They were the parents of four children: Dessie Beth, Joseph Manning, Burrell Jeffrey and Albertina Clair Jolley.
