Richard Wallace Casper was born 1 January 1928 in Heber City, Wasatch Co., Utah he died 27 March 2005. He is the son of Wallace George Casper and Dora Venoy Danner. He married Myrna Marie Mayberry 4 February 1949 in Provo, Utah Co., Utah. Myrna was born 10 April 1931 in Payson, Utah Co., Utah she died 30 April 2003. She is the daughter of John Tuke Mayberry and Cora Eva Warner
