This is the side of the stone for Ila Ogata (1916-1926). The kanji characters are read from top to bottom and right to left. Note that the dates are given using the Japanese calendar. Translation as follows:
Kumamoto prefecture (like a province or state), [unknown 2 kanji], Hanazono village (or borough), [unknown 2 kanji], Matsuyama
Note that it could possibly be Hanakuni rather than Hanazono village, but I could not find any Hanakuni village in the province. I did find a Hanazono village which is a borough of Kumamoto City, the capital city of Kumamoto prefecture.
Born Taisho Era, 5th year, 5th month, 3rd day (born 3 May 1916)
Ogata, Yaira (This is the name here, note that in Japanese the surname is always written first)
Died same period (Taisho) 15th year, 8th month, 12th day (died 23 Aug 1926)
Aged 10 years
