died Taisho era (cannot read date, but Taisho was from 1912-1926

Inscription on right:
Kumamoto prefecture. Shimoma.. possibly Shimomashiki district?
Suga (then given name Chonan? or Takeo? or Masao? unsure of reading) Last 2 characters mean Eldest son, which could be a given name or simply that this person was the eldest son of ___ Suga.
