Earl Barker was born the 20 February 1894 the 6th child to David John and Ellen Todd Barker in Taylorsville, Salt Lake, Utah. He died the 24 September 1964 in Wickenburg, Maricopa, Arizona and was buried the 30 September 1964.
Earl married Vivian Estella Ollerton the 28 March 1923 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. They were later divorced. They were the parents of five children: Hallard Earl, Clinton Jay, Robert Ollerton, Betty Larue and Wesley Brent Barker.
