Alfred married Rachel Ann Fenton the 21 September 1860 in the Endowment House, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah.
Rachel Ann Fenton Gunn was born the 23 November 1838 in Georgetown, Burlington, New Jersey to Samuel Carr & Henriette Clahasse Mount Fenton. Rachel Ann died the 7 August 1914 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah and was buried the 10 August 1914.
