Mary Alice Mackay was born the 7 June 1860 in Taylorsville, Salt Lake, Utah to Thomas Sloan and Charlotte James Mackay. Mary Alice died the 4 July 1940 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah and was buried the 7 July 1940.
Mary Alice married Albert Joseph Orson Duncombe the 12 January 1882 in the Endowment House, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah.
